- Payment-related information when you book a package. Deposits and payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; Prolific Designs does not store full card numbers.

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and proposals, deliver contracted design work, process payments, and communicate with you about your project.
How We Share Your Information
We may share information with service providers who help us operate, such as payment processors, e-signature providers, scheduling tools, and email or CRM platforms. We do not sell your personal information.

We retain project and contact information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting, or business record-keeping requirements.

Agreement to Terms
By booking a package, submitting a deposit, or engaging Prolific Designs for services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Prolific Designs provides website design and development services, including packaged Agent Brand Sites for real estate professionals and loan officers, and custom-scoped builds for larger projects.
Booking & Payment
- A 50% deposit is due to begin work; the remaining 50% is due before launch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Domain registration and any work outside the agreed scope are billed separately.
- Pricing displayed on the site, including founding client pricing, may change, and specific offers may have limited availability windows.
Revisions & Project Scope
Packages include a defined number of revision rounds as described on the Real Estate Packages page. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur added cost, to be agreed in writing before work begins.
Cancellations & Refunds
The deposit is due to reserve your project and begin work. Once work on your project has started, deposits and any payments made are non-refundable, regardless of the project's stage of completion. If you need to cancel before work has started, contact us at info@prolificdesigns.io to discuss your options.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, final website files and designs are provided to the client for their use. Prolific Designs retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing necessary content, images, and timely feedback needed to complete the project on schedule.
Limitation of Liability
Prolific Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of its services, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
